Production Support

Overview

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a Production Support to support and continuously improve the applications within the assigned scope, ensuring reliability and compliance with agreed service levels.

What will you do?

Manage incidents, problems, root-cause analyses, and remediation actions

Ensure application operations, performance, availability, and service continuity.

Prepare, assess, implement, and monitor changes.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support.

Maintain procedures, documentation, audit deliverables, and regular reporting.

Drive optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 5 years of experience

Experience with Kubernetes and Docker

Experience with Cross file transfer

Experience with MQSeries 2

Experience with Cloud

Fluent in English

• French knowledge is a plus
