JOB PURPOSE: The Business Development Manager – E-commerce will lead a team of associates and senior associates in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the E-commerce market. They will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential partners and customers, and creating and executing strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities. The manager will also be responsible for managing and mentoring the team, and for working closely with other departments within the company to ensure that business development strategies are aligned with overall company goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute the E-commerce business development strategy for Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders Lead negotiations and close deals Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Associates and Senior Associates Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth and successful implementation of new initiatives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape Achieve or exceed annual business development targets QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in marketing , Business Administration, or a related field EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the E-commerce industry Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business opportunities Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong understanding of E-commerce industry trends and competitive landscape. #LI-Onsite By submitting this, you agree to this Privacy Notice and you will be deemed to have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Notice: Unfortunately, we are only able to contact shortlisted applicants.
