<h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What does a Squishable Retail Sales Lead do?</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The Retail Sales Lead is a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every Squishable fan. Responsibilities include:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions in partnership with the Store Manager that align with company priorities and values</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Enforces sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Holds self and the sales team accountable for personal sales productivity</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market or mall to drive brand loyalty and business (e.g., charity events, local associations, mall initiatives)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Resolves customer issues with a solution-oriented, forward-thinking approach; partners with the Store Manager and/or the District or Regional Manager as appropriate</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develops individual and team product knowledge to stay up to date on all current Squishable in-store products</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assists in supervising the team daily, weekly, and monthly to meet goals and use company tools; empowers others and encourages individual growth</span></li>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2+ years of relevant supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Passion for people! A dynamic and engaged leader with a passion for empowering, inspiring, motivating, teaching, and developing team members</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environment</span></li>
