This position requires working onsite with our client.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This position requires an exceptionally talented, personable, and self-motivated individual to work in a highly visible, interactive role providing holistic security for the client. The Corporate Security Agent will support incident management and act to support threat management and emergency response.</span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Safeguard the client site and personnel from all forms of security and safety hazards </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide security coverage for employees, guests, and others in a way that is professional, courteous, and in compliance with established policies and procedures </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Establish a front-facing security presence during business hours </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs  </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">POI management for unsolicited contact (visits, mail, phone calls, etc.) </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in the development of a streamlined incident reporting and activity log, and remain diligent in maintaining an accurate record</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Integrate security support for HR functions (i.e., terminations, screenings, removal of access, etc.) </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Interact with the client’s Protective Services team on occasion to assist with specialty onsite executive needs, such as special events</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate integrity and excellent customer service skills in all assignments in a professional office setting </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Complete daily requests from management </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Directly support clients' Security Operations at the headquarters site</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Interact with clients and the Protective Services team as needed to provide executive support, including for on-site events. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide in-person support for security-assisted terminations </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide in-person de-escalation support as needed. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Providing local EP and secure driving (either shadowing the CEO or transporting them in a corporate vehicle).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Accompanying the CEO to local functions in an official EP and secure driving capacity.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Handling travel EP duties when asked, including recent international travel to Japan with the CEO.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform other duties as assigned</span></li>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in an armed corporate security position or previous law enforcement employment with an HR218/LEOSA credential</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in building strong working relationships with multiple internal teams and departments to ensure seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and the achievement of organizational goals.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">All required licenses and certification requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in computer software commonly used in business functions (such as Microsoft Office Suite, incident reporting systems, and other relevant security or administrative platforms).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This position has the potential to be armed. Candidates must be current or retired law enforcement officers or possess a current Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) issued by the State</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Currently possesses and/or has the ability to obtain a Washington, D.C. Armed Special Police Officer (SPO) certification</span></li>
