Summary
We are looking for anemerging talentoperationalmanagerwho wants to drive forward our award-winningemerging talentprogrammes at Rolls-Royce. This role willbe responsible forthe operational delivery ofemerging talentinAPACpartneringour businesses and outsourced providers to deliver a ‘One Rolls-Royce’ end to end service. You willbe responsible forthe recruitment of circa80+hires (internsand graduates) andcoordination of their programme delivery across APAC(primary focus Singapore,India,China). This role leads the delivery of emerging talent programmes across APAC ensuring alignment to global strategy while adapting to regional market needs
This role reports intoHead of People Services Operations, Indiawith dotted reporting line into Global Head of Emerging Talent.
Key Responsibilities

Own regional delivery strategy and execution

Lead delivery teams and suppliers across multiple countries

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning

Ensure compliance with regional regulations

Drive attraction and pipeline activity

Monitor performance, reporting and continuous improvement

Ensure consistent learner experience across region
What you will be doing:
-
Accountablefor executing ouremerging talentrecruitment process, onboarding, programme delivery & offboarding foryourregion.

Regional responsibility for therelationship with the emerging talent suppliers including demand planning,delivery against regional contract of services, risk & compliance, governance, commerciality & ROI,improvementsand key performance to ensure business need are met and user experience optimised

Regional management of any emerging talent training providers including local universities or apprenticeship trainers.

Responsible for partnering with business stakeholders on the execution of ouremerging talentprogrammes including managing operational governance framework, local country management of processes & legislation, compliant hiring process, effective people data

Own the relationship between Rolls-Royce and regional schools (age 14+), colleges and universities including collaboration with our internal and external partners to support STEM activities that contribute to future emerging talents talent growth.

Understand and contribute to the effective delivery ofemerging talentattraction strategy within region including award partnerships, pipelineprogrammesand diversity partnerships

Partner with our global design team to take from strategy to implementation critical processes including recruitment,onboarding, inductionand keep warm

Oversight of the delivery of centraliseemerging talentlearning and mandatory training programmes

Own the process guidingour people partners inthe offboardingapproachfor graduatesandinterns within region

Identifyareas for improvement and in partnership with the wideremerging talentteam implement changes tooptimizethe overall experience

Quality assurance of graduate, apprentice and intern gigs, escalations, and day to day programme management

Ensure the effective delivery of thegraduateand internplacements, escalations, and day to day programme managementin partnership with local people teams

Establish andbe responsible fortheAPACoperationalemerging talentgovernance board including data management and reporting

Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Actively promote diversity and inclusion initiatives with our emerging talent processes - ensuring all activity is aligned to the Diversity and Inclusion strategy and is woven into delivery plans.

Experience and a strongunderstanding ofemerging talentdelivery, frameworks, processes & policies

Vendor management skills, with theability toestablishand maintain productive relationships with recruitment suppliers/vendors.

Shown success in delivering successfulprojects within HR,Talentor Learning

Commitment to delivering the best customer experience

Proven capability in Stakeholder Managementat all levels of the organisation.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage with a range of different stakeholders

Extensive matrix-working experience; ability to partner internally & with 3rd parties to enable operational delivery against strategy
