<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Reports to the Credit Director. Owns the credit policy and pricing for QuintoAndar's financial products, both current (like rent anticipation) and those we are about to launch in our ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a highly senior, "AI First" credit structure. You will have the autonomy to design strategies that function less like a traditional bank and more like a data science environment, fostering a horizontal and hands-on culture.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Structure the team's experimentation agenda (hypothesis, test design, holdout, reading results) ensuring decisions are rigorously backed by data and close to data science practices.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Identify where AI can improve policies, pricing, or processes, validating and implementing these innovations to scale our financial products.</span></li>
