Financial Controller

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Coordinate the monthly hard close process and prepare monthly IFRS financial statements.
• Manage trial balance and adjustment schedules, account reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Prepare and submit Group reporting through consolidation tools and platforms in line with deadlines.
• Prepare PoC statements and support cost controlling activities in collaboration with Project Teams.
• Prepare margin analysis, cost center analysis, and profit center split reports in close collaboration with Sales and Project Teams.
• Manage IFRS 16 data preparation and submission through Tagetik.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets, and submit them through SAC.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• -
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• -
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• -
• 5–6 years of experience in Audit or Financial Controlling, preferably within an international company. Big 4 experience is a plus.
• -
• Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS.
• -
• CPA / SMMM qualification is a plus.
• -
• Good knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics, SAC, and BW.
• -
• Advanced Excel skills.
• -
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• -
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
