HR Recruiter (Real Estate)

We are looking for an experienced HR / In-House Recruiter to join our growing real estate business in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a recruitment function from the ground up and play a key role in attracting and onboarding top-performing real estate professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, improving hiring processes, and supporting the company's growth by identifying and hiring high-quality real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents and corporate positions as required.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Design and implement structured recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices within the UAE real estate market.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency is required.
• Proven experience recruiting real estate agents in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate attraction methods.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
