Specialist / Consultant Prosthodontist - Government Sector | UAE

A leading Government Healthcare Facility in the UAE is seeking experienced Prosthodontists to join its specialist dental team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive prosthodontic assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care.
• Perform complex restorative and prosthodontic procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Manage fixed and removable prosthodontic treatments.
• Provide restorative solutions for patients with complex dental conditions.
• Perform full-mouth rehabilitation and complex restorative cases where appropriate.
• Collaborate with oral surgeons, periodontists, orthodontists, endodontists, and other dental specialists.
• Evaluate diagnostic imaging, clinical findings, and laboratory work.
• Ensure appropriate follow-up and long-term maintenance of prosthodontic treatments.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental activities.
• Contribute to teaching, training, and continuing professional development where applicable.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and evidence-based dental practice.

Requirements

• Dental degree such as BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Prosthodontics.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong clinical experience in fixed, removable, and implant-supported prosthodontics.
• Experience managing complex restorative and rehabilitative cases.
• Experience working within a hospital, dental center, or multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Candidates with UK CCT, Western Qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
