Creative Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, space plans, layouts, and design solutions for Retail and Corporate projects.
• Prepare professional presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Support teams in developing creative and commercially feasible design solutions.
• Assist with BOQs, technical documentation, and design coordination.
• Conduct site visits, where required, to verify design requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and workplace innovations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant architectural qualification.
• 💼 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interior design, or corporate/retail design projects.
• 💻 Proficiency in design software and presentation tools.
• 🤝 Strong communication, coordination, and creative problem-solving skills.
