Legal Officer

Provide proactive, commercially focused legal support to business units and stakeholders by delivering timely, practical legal advice, managing legal and transactional risks, and driving the efficient execution and closure of transactions. The role ensures the Bank's interests are protected while enabling business objectives through strategic counsel, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality legal support.
