Plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly dye-sublimation production.
Review incoming job cards, artwork, specifications and production requirements.
Allocate work according to machine capacity, staff availability and production priorities.
Ensure production schedules are achievable and communicated clearly to all relevant employees.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when delays or urgent orders occur.
Supervise workflow between printing, heat pressing, CMT and dispatch.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure urgent and priority orders are properly managed.

Oversee the complete dye-sublimation production process from job receipt to completed product.
Ensure production Team follow approved procedures and work instructions.
Oversee machine utilization and production efficiency.
Oversee jobs are produced according to approved artwork, dimensions, colour requirements and specifications.
Monitor production quantities and output against planned targets.
Minimize downtime, material wastage, reprints and production errors.
Ensure completed work is properly identified, counted, inspected and transferred to the next production stage.

Supervise and manage all Team member within the dye-sublimation administration and production department.
Allocate duties and responsibilities according to Team members skills and production requirements.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity and team members performance.
Conduct regular toolbox talks and production meetings.
Train team members in production procedures, quality standards and safe working practices.
Identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate training.
Maintain discipline and address poor performance or misconduct in accordance with company policy.
Promote teamwork, accountability and professional conduct.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Ensure first-off samples or proofs are checked before full production where required.
Investigate quality failures, customer complaints and rejected work.
Implement corrective and preventative actions.
Maintain accurate records of reprints, rejects, defects and wastage.
Work closely with artwork/DTP and quality control personnel to resolve production-related issues

Ensure dye-sublimation printers, heat presses, cutters, laser cutters and related equipment are operated correctly.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential mechanical or operational problems.
Coordinate preventative maintenance with maintenance personnel or service providers.
Ensure routine machine cleaning and operator maintenance are completed.
Report breakdowns immediately and minimize production downtime.
Ensure operators follow correct machine operating procedures.
Monitor consumable usage and machine efficiency.
Maintain production equipment in a clean, safe and serviceable condition.

Ensure all production activities comply with company health and safety procedures.
Ensure employees use the required PPE.
Maintain safe operating procedures for heat presses, printers, cutting equipment and laser equipment.
Ensure work areas remain clean, organized and free from unnecessary hazards.
Conduct regular safety inspections.
Report accidents, incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
Ensure fire, electrical and emergency procedures are followed.
Prevent unauthorized or unsafe use of production machinery.

Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Artwork/DTP, Purchasing, Stores, Quality Control, Installation and Dispatch.
Clarify production requirements before work commences.
Communicate production delays and problems to management and relevant departments.
Ensure artwork and job specifications are production ready.
Coordinate completion dates with dispatch and installation requirements.
Provide accurate production status updates.
