About The Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align financial practices with organizational goals.
