KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Marketing & Communication Strategy

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and relevant communication channels.
• Translate business objectives into measurable marketing and communication campaigns.
• Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific communication calendars.

b) Campaign Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

c) Digital & Social Media

• Oversee social media strategies and content calendars.
• Coordinate digital advertising, email marketing, website content, and other online activities.
• Track digital performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Work with creative teams to develop engaging digital content

d) Market Research & Insights

• Conduct or coordinate customer, competitor, and market research.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends.

1. THE PERSON

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• -
• Professional Certification in Marketing or master's degree will be added as advantage
• -
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing/Customer Service
• -
• Excellent Communication skills
• -
• Strong understanding of the Bank's products and services
• -
• Excellent understanding of the Marketing KPIs, Performance Goals and other metrics.

• Excellent planning, organization and report writing skills
• -
• Excellent the ability to anticipate issues and to design appropriate solutions

• Excellent planning, organizing, problem solving and analytical skills
