Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Coricraft - Epping

The HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services and partnering with operational leadership to drive employee engagement, capability, compliance and business performance across manufacturing operations.

Drive and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives while supporting workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll support, employee benefits, and HR reporting.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, incapacity management, and union engagement.

Ensure compliance with labour legislation, bargaining council requirements, company policies, and Employment Equity objectives.

Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement, wellness, recognition, learning and development, and leadership capability initiatives.

Analyse and present HR metrics and insights to support informed business decision-making and continuous organisational improvement.

• Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations or related field.

• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience.

• Manufacturing experience advantageous.

• Strong ER, recruitment and labour law experience.
