Responsibilities

As a strategic partner, you will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resource related issues and act as employee champion and change agents. You will also provide services that delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions.

Requirements

• Human resources or business related degrees
• Hr management /partner/Specialist experience in a large organization
• Minimum 4 years experience in the management of HR functions and a minimum of 8 years experience in HR
• Relevant advanced degree and professional membership will be an advantage.
