What you will do

TheKenvueCustomerCategory Development teamis responsible fordelivering category plans that build sustainable growth for bothKENVUEand our retail partners.
AsaCategoryExecutive, you willpartnerwith ourcustomers to provide category and shopper insightsandprovidecompelling actionableplans andsolutions to grow categoryandKenvuesales.
You will lead the category agendafor your categories in your customeras well asworking closely withyourline managertoprovideadditional category insights to support their categories. You will work closely with thecustomer development teamto influence and accelerate the implementation of theKENVUEcategory vision.
You are accountable forKenvuedistribution and shelf presenceand achieving our Perfect Store metricsthrough Range Reviews.
Role Scope & Deliverables

With the support of your line manager, lead the end-to-end range review process with your customer – making recommendations across all Perfect Store & category levers.

Develop rangeand spacerecommendations that enableoptimumdistribution and visibility of NPIand all SKUs in our MSLs.

Utilise planogramming software to create and present fully tailored planograms detailing the proposed range review recommendations.

Provide thought leadership for customers,throughsharingand tailoringour category growth strategies& delivering category recommendations.

Providecategory insights and thinkingwithin yourinternalcustomer Multi-Functional Selling Team.

Executetheoptimalcontact strategy to win withyour retailer.

Accountable for managingKenvuecategory performance trackers and highlighting progress,opportunitiesandrisks.

Provideadditionalcategory insights and data on all categories.

Be a key part of the highly engaged team culture in theCategory DevelopmentTeam, sharing learnings and supporting your colleagues across the full team
Job Requirements
Experience Required:
-
Understanding ofCategory Developmentin FMCGand commercialacumen
-
Experience of the retailer range review process and timings,and havehad external engagementwith customer buying/merchandising teams
-
Experience of working withcustomer and shopper insights
-
Proficiencyin Nielsen,Kantarand customer databases(iedunnhumby)essential
Other:

Degree level educated or equivalent

Proficient spoken and written use of the English Language

Up to 50% Travel within UKfor Customer Visits where applicable
