Setupnew codersorapproversinESKER/ ARIBA,andany changesasrequired

CompletionofcoderandapproverchangesinESKER/ ARIBAworkflowsystem

MonthlyreportingandAPAudits(Concurexpenses,APbalancesheetreconciliations)

Ensureinvoicesarecorrectlyauthorisedandthatrelevantpaperworkisattached
-
EnsurethatreceiptedPurchaseOrdersarematchedtoinvoiceswhenprocessing
-
Reviewandapprovalofpaymentschedulepriortodistributionoffunds
-
EnsureInternationalPaymentsmeetdeadlines
-
MaintenanceofAccountsPayableInboxandqueriesfromthebusiness andsuppliers
-
Supplierstatementreconciliationsasrequired

Support DMS PH Payables processing, if needed
-
Beflexibleandwillingtoperformanyothertasksasassignedbymanagement

Graduate of any course but with experience in Finance and Accounting;

If no experience, graduate of any course with accounting knowledge;

Possess knowledge in General Accounting.
