Job Description:
The Senior Manager, EMEA EP/Neuro Communications & Public Affairs drives the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy for the Electrophysiology (EP) and Neurovascular businesses across the EMEA region.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, with accountability for advancing growth priorities, supporting innovation milestones, strengthening reputation, and engaging key stakeholders across priority markets. The role also connects the businesses to MedTech Corporate Affairs priorities, including issues management, transformation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

EP/Neuro Business Communications (≈80%)

Drive EMEA communications strategy for EP and Neurovascular businesses, aligned to growth priorities

Serve as a strategic communications advisor to EMEA teams, translating business priorities into clear, compelling narratives

Develop and execute integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels

Drive proactive reputation management and issues preparedness in partnership with Legal, Regulatory, and Government Affairs

Lead media engagement, thought leadership, and executive visibility programs across key markets

Ensure consistent, high-quality execution by guiding in-country teams and managing agency partners

Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve effectiveness

Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.
Leadership & Collaboration:

Operate effectively in a matrixed environment, partnering across business, functional, and regional teams

Build strong relationships with senior leaders and serve as a credible, proactive advisor

Contribute to a strong, inclusive team MT CPA team culture

Qualifications:

-
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
-
8–10 years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs
-
Demonstrated experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries

Strong experience in issues and crisis communications
-
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions
-
Strong writing, storytelling, and executive communication skills
Travel:

Up to 20%, including travel across EMEA
