Technical Sales Engineer

About The Role
- Work closely with NOV global engineering and product line teams to refine solutions
- Support field operations and provide on-site technical support when required.
- Perform detailed drilling analysis including offset well review, lithology interpretation, and parameter optimization
- Select and design drill bits (PDC and/or roller cone) aligned with application requirements
- Conduct dull grading analysis and post-run evaluations to drive continuous improvement
- Generate technical reports, run summaries, and benchmarking comparisons
- Ensure compliance with NOV engineering standards and customer specifications
- Collaboration and relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree in petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline is highly regarded
- 8+ years of experience in drilling, drill bits, or oilfield services
- Experience working with drill bit selection, design, or field applications
- Background in technical sales, applications engineering, or field engineering
- Strong understanding of drilling environments (offshore, deepwater, or land) is highly regarded
