  • 1.改善產品測試不良, 強化debug & improve test system的能力, 進而提升良率.
  • 2.進行優化測試環境/治具, 進而降低異常發生&重測率.
  • 3.依據DFM/C-flow & review process / FPYR, 讓新產品導入.
  • 4.執行流程簡化, 優化&標準化, 以及工作流程持續改善, 進而達到製程穩定.
  • 5.透過團隊溝通, 找出最佳方案.
