About The Role

  • ● Partner closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to drive strategic priorities and special initiatives.
  • ● Lead the Executive Office and ensure effective coordination across business units and functions.
  • ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including chambers of commerce, embassies, industry associations, and strategic partners.
  • ● Facilitate collaboration among senior leadership teams to ensure organizational alignment and execution.
  • ● Oversee executive communications, corporate engagements, and Board-related matters.
  • ● Lead and develop a high-performing Executive Office team.
  • ● Minimum 5~8 years of leadership experience in multinational corporations, joint ventures, business associations, or similar organizations.
  • ● Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • ● Excellent English and Burmese communication skills.
  • ● Proficiency in digital workplace tools and project coordination.
  • ● Strong understanding of Myanmar's business and regulatory environment.
  • Daily meal allowance provided upon passing probation
  • Annual bonus eligible after completing 1 year of service
