Payroll Accountant at Evolution — Kaunas, Lithuania

About The Role

Accounting of payroll, employment-related benefits;
Tax calculations and reporting to relevant authorities;
Reviewing of timesheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies;
Initiating and processing payroll timely and ensuring all payroll procedures are in line with governmental laws and policies;
Consulting colleagues on various payroll-related questions;
Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages as part of report preparation;
Providing support during the audits and liaising with external auditors.
Professional accounting experience of a minimum of 1 year;
Oral and written knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
Loyalty, ability to work in a team;
Quick orientation, responsibility, diligence;
Willingness to learn and improve;
Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) skills;
Experience with Business Central/Navision application would be considered as an advantage.
Gross monthly salary from 2000 - 2700 EUR (to be determined depending on the level of experience and competencies);
