Bilingual Data Operations Coordinator I (German OR Italian)

Key Job Responsibilities

• Analysing advertisements from multiple media types and attaching complex metadata in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adding key data points to specific advertisements such as price points, consumer offers, brand and product.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Processing and delivering all required data to daily, strict client deadlines.
• Processing data in accordance with accuracy and on time KPIs.
• Maintain the integrity of the operations department by following company policies and procedures; notifying the manager of any issues that may harm the collection of accurate data.
• Assisting in other areas of the operations department as required
• Fulfilling any other tasks as requested by the manager
• A high level of analytical skills
• 0-3 years of working experience
• A thorough understanding of data entry, data processing,
• Excellent reading, spoken and written Bilingual language (German or Italian) skills
• Ability to work to schedules and tight deadlines.
• Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Ability to work without direct supervision and as part of a team
• Media background, either professionally or academically, is desirable
• Knowledge of Google suite of applications is desirable
