&lt;p&gt;We are hiring for a Junior L1 On-site IT Technician (1st Shift) to provide on-site technical support and assistance to our employees, warehouses, and remote staff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As the technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of Apple devices, including Mac Mini, MacBook Pros, and iPads across our organization. You will also provide break/fix support for our fulfillment warehouses, Google Workspace administration, and offer support to our helpdesk team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;br&gt;In this role you will...
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reset the state of Carol Stream’s operational team’s tech devices from 3rd shift and prepare for 1st shift&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain and respond to Jira IT support tickets from the organization as Tier 1 support. This involves both on-site support in Carol Stream and remote support for other locations and users. Support will comprise of:&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Administer and manage Google Workspace accounts, including email, calendar, and drive.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic vendor management related to support needs, such as scheduling call-outs and procurement&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assistance with employee onboarding and offboarding&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide training to employees on how to effectively use our IT systems and tools.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience managing and supporting corporate hardware devices such as laptops, tablets and workstations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with corporate email and identity management&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong troubleshooting and IT problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;On-site role in Carol Stream, IL&lt;/li&gt;
