The Commis de Rang, under the supervision of the manager, deals with

• manage the preparation of the restaurant service together with colleagues, ensuring impeccable service to guests
• take care of guests' needs in a professional and warm way
• is the contact person for guests for any culinary questions or requests
• Training in the hotel or restaurant sector
• Professional experience in the role and, preferably, in high-level gastronomy
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Passion for hospitality, autonomy in the role, team spirit, willingness to help colleagues
• The ideal candidate is an open person, willing to accept new challenges and to continuously develop
• Expected placement from April until November 2027
