As a Logistics Application Operations Specialist, youwillplay a keyrole in the daily operation, support, and continuousimprovement of our NYCE WMS andRelexSupply Chain Planning solutions. Youwillserve as the dedicated 2nd Level Support Specialist for business-criticalwarehouse and supplychainprocesses, acting as the vital link between the business, vendors, the Service Desk, and Group IT Application Support.

As a Logistics Application Operations Specialist, youwillplay a central role in ensuringstable operations anddelivering high-quality2nd Level Supportfor our NYCE WMS andRelexSupply Chain Planning solutions. Success in thisrole is about more thanresolvingday-to-day issues. It’ssaboutbuilding specialist expertise, developingstrongrelationships, and continuouslyimproving the solutions that support our business-criticallogisticsprocesses.

Duringyourfirst 6 monthsweexpectyou to

• Build a strongunderstanding of our systems, processes, and support setup.

• Take ownership of the day-to-day 2nd Level Support activitiesincluding

• Prioritise and manage incident backlog
• -
• AssessImpact / criticality
• -
• Evaluatewhere the problem shouldbesolved andcollaborate with the relevant teams for solution

• Establishstrongrelationships with the business, IT, and ourvendors.

Withinyourfirstyear, youwill have

• Establishedyourself as a trusted specialist within NYCE WMS andRelexSupply Chain Planning.

• Contributed to high system stability and reducedrecurringoperational disruptions.

• Strengthenedcollaborationbetween the business, IT, and external partners.

In the longer term, youwill

• Drive continuousimprovements and optimizeour support setup.

• Define and maintainourmonitorationsetupwith our Platform-developers.

• Identifyopportunities for automation and efficient waysof working.

• Turnoperationalchallengesintoscalable, long-term solutions.

Team, Reporting Line & Collaboration

Youwillbe part of Group IT andreport to the Head of Standard Application Services. Youwill join a team focused on delivering stable operations, high service quality, and the continuousdevelopment of our business-critical applications.

In yourdailywork, youwillcollaborateclosely with colleaguesacross Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning & Supply Chain Management, IT Service Desk, and Group IT Application Support. Youwillalsoworkclosely with ourexternalapplicationvendors on support activities, issue resolution, releases, and improvementinitiatives.

It willbe an advantageifyou have experience with

• NYCE WMS or similar Warehouse Management Systems.

• RelexSupply Chain Planning solution and relatedprocesses.

1. Level Application Supportwithinlogistics, or supplychainenvironments.

• Strong knowledgewithin integrations and messaging and knowshow to investigatewithinthisarea

• ITIL and service management principles.
• -
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder management.
