Dental Receptionist - 1300Smiles Caloundra

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for helping the practice run smoothly while providing friendly and professional service to our patients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

• Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly first point of contact
• Managing patient appointments, bookings and enquiries
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
• Managing patient records and updating information
• Processing payments and handling general administrative duties
• Liaising with dentists, Dental Assistants and the wider practice team
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
• Providing an exceptional patient experience at every interaction

We’re looking for someone who

• Has previous dental reception experience
• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Is friendly, professional and approachable
• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Is confident using computer systems and learning new technology
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work
• Is passionate about providing a great experience for patients
