About the Department

At the Maintenance Department, we aim to ensure machine reliability, safety, and performance to support stable production and high-quality output.

Mission

In this role, you will

• -
• Ensure reliability, safety, and performance of machines within the assigned perimeter
• -
• Apply, update, and maintain machine technical documentation and maintenance instructions
• -
• Control machine technical parameters (MTP) to ensure process stability
• -
• Drive TRS improvement (availability, reliability, and performance)
• -
• Provide effective technical support during breakdowns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• -
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

Required

• -
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related fields)
• -
• 1 - 5 years of experience in maintenance, technical support, or manufacturing environments (New graduates are welcome to apply)
• -
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• -
• Interest in machine reliability, process stability, and continuous improvement
• -
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• -
• Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English

Preferred

• -
• Experience with industrial machines, maintenance systems, or production equipment
• -
• Familiarity with continuous improvement or reliability tools is a plus
