About The Role

Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatient/ward patients according to their individual care plans.

Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in clinical status.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and nursing records.

Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and other clinical interventions.

Monitor patients’ responses to treatment and report any changes promptly.

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

Educate patients and their families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
-
Maintain infection prevention and control standards at all times.

Ensure proper handling and documentation of medications, equipment, and supplies.

Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and deteriorating patient conditions.
-
Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Support patient discharge planning and provide appropriate health education.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Valid Registered Nurse license/registration in the relevant country.
-
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
-
Minimum [2–3] years of inpatient/medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
-
Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
-
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
-
Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
