General Administration

• Preparationand storageof paperwork to the highest standard.

• Timely record keeping using TMS (Azyra).
• -
• Otheradministrative duties asrequired.

What You Bring

• -
• Twoyears’ experience in asimilarrolepreferred.
• -
• Proficiencyin Englishlanguage,bothverballyand inwriting.
• -
• Knowledge of the relevantadministrativeapplications(Microsoft Office Suite, Azyra).
• -
• Knowledge oflogisticsprocesses and systems.
• -
• Strong understanding oflogisticsand transport regulations.
• -
• Knowledge of the transport market (carriers, shipping services, competitors).
• -
• Geographical knowledge ofIreland.
• -
• Knowledge of loading regulations, loadfactors, ADR.
• -
• Knowledge of transport documents.
