APAC Payments Transformation & Execution - Associate

About The Role

Identify growth, efficiency, and innovation opportunities within the Payments landscape.
Conduct data mining and quantitative analyses to uncover trends and insights.
Perform root cause analysis to develop informed solutions.
Lead transformation projects from inception to completion, including organizational changes and process optimizations.
Develop business cases, define project scope, and manage project execution/governance.
Analyze processes and identify opportunities to streamline activities to promote sustainable and scalable operations.
Implement enhancements to operating models and workflows to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
Assess risks of new initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
