Business Development (Solo)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients to support company growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships
• Monitor and evaluate business performance, including revenue growth and partnership effectiveness
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and achieve company targets
• Handle contract discussions and support the onboarding process for new partners
• Maintain database of leads, clients, and partnership activities
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership, or related roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel within Solo and surrounding areas.
• Having a strong local network is a plus.
