We are looking for a skilled and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. The role is responsible for supervising the daily operations of assigned F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, consistent service standards, and effective team performance. The ideal candidate should be able to lead and motivate the team, respond promptly to guest needs and operational challenges, and ensure all services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with hotel standards and procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of assigned restaurants, banquet functions, and room service.
  • -
  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and high-quality food and beverage service.
  • -
  • Lead and motivate Associates to achieve excellent guest satisfaction.
  • -
  • Monitor guest feedback and proactively resolve guest concerns.
  • -
  • Ensure compliance with Anantara service standards, policies, and procedures.
  • -
  • Manage shift opening and closing according to established checklists.
  • -
  • Prepare and manage daily/weekly schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
  • -
  • Monitor working hours, overtime, and staffing levels in line with forecast and budget.
  • -
  • Ensure proper revenue and check-control procedures are followed.
  • -
  • Supervise banquet setups according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • -
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments during service.
  • -
  • Conduct menu classes and taste panels and ensure only quality products are served.
  • -
  • Support training and development of new and existing Associates.
  • -
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, uniform, and safety standards.
  • -
  • Handle daily Associate relations, including scheduling and time adjustments.
  • -
  • Support fair and consistent counselling and disciplinary procedures.
  • -
  • Identify operational problems and provide practical solutions.
  • -
  • Maintain effective communication through shift handovers, meetings, and logbooks.
  • -
  • Support Quality Improvement initiatives and recommend new ideas or incentive programs.
  • -
  • Ensure proper maintenance and reporting of repairs and operational issues.
