We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Bar Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while maintaining Anantara standards of quality, presentation, sanitation, and guest service. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare and serve beverages professionally, maintain a clean and secure bar environment, follow beverage procedures, and create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient beverage service in accordance with Anantara standards.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Professionally set up the bar before opening, including liquor, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes.
• Process beverage orders accurately and efficiently and ensure correct billing.
• Prepare cocktails according to Anantara Resorts & Spas beverage standards and use the required standard measures.
• Receive and check liquor against previous shift requisitions and report any discrepancies to the Bar Supervisor.
• Maintain security and control within the bar area and ensure the bar is not left unattended.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including floors, counters, rails, ice bins, cans, and bottles.
• Follow all Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Follow Anantara's Responsible Usage of Alcohol guidelines and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Maintain a professional appearance and take pride in the quality and cleanliness of the assigned work area.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, initiative, and good judgement when dealing with guests and colleagues.
• Contribute to creating a high-quality and memorable guest experience.
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and OHS requirements.
