Executive Assistant to Group MD

About The Role
We are seeking a confident, highly organised and capable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Group MD and other senior leaders within the Group and will be based at our head office at Alderley Park. This demanding yet rewarding role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and possesses exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, responsible for managing the MD’s complex schedule across a portfolio of Group companies, as well as providing administrative support to other members of the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Owns

Management of the Group MD and (other Exco members, CFO, COO, HR, CTO) diary, travel - trains/taxis/hotels - invoicing/expenses and other administrative activities.

Working closely with other EA in the business to ensure efficiency of meetings/planning/events

Pre meeting arrangements and set up and post engagement follow ups to ensure a highly personalised, professional impression.

First layer shield for Mike - qualifies inbounds requests, requests new information, manages expectations.

Runs some basic / non-technical projects for Mike.

Events management and support - summer and Christmas events, internal meetings, annual Group conference, supports AP and London internal/external events.

Alderley Park HQ office management responsibilities - catering, welcoming visitors, organising meeting rooms and logistics, ordering and maintaining office supplies/Quint Kit merchandise, supporting with facilities and H&S actions.

Being a consistent and positive presence in the office, contributing to our offices culture and environment and “All In” mindset and supporting all business achieve their results.

Required Experience
- -
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment; OR
- -
- 3+ years experience in a high-end client facing role.
- -
- Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding, pressurised environment.
- -
- Experience or understanding of high-end services - e.g. ability to suitably manage and schedule Mike or leadership events.
