We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Galway. This office-based role offers a great work-life balance, allowing you to build a rewarding career while still having your afternoons free.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to deliver an excellent experience and building positive relationships.

Your responsibilities will include

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Providing information about our products and services
• Understanding customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions
• Promoting self-service options and additional services where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure the best customer outcomes

• Display agility to be flexible and open to customer feedback and new ways of working
