Why Do We Need This Role?

We areseekingan eager and proactive Finance Process & System Consultant to drive practical improvements across Finance processes, controls, systems,reportingand automation. The role will partner closely with Finance, Technology,Riskand business stakeholders to strengthen documentation, supportautomationand AI-enabled solutions, and ensure key initiatives are delivered in a controlled,scalableand sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems, Automation & AI Enablement

• -
• Lead finance system enhancements, automationinitiativesand practical digital solutions.
• -
• Identifyand apply use cases for Copilot,Cursor,Agentic AI, PowerPlatformand analytics tools to improve productivity, reporting and decision-making.
• -
• Translate Finance pain points into practical automation or AI-enabled solutions, including SOP/policysummarization, SAP issue analysis, reportingsupportand control monitoring.
• -
• Prepare user guidance, training materials and adoption support for new processes,systemsand digital tools.

1. Project Delivery & Change

• -
• Lead small to medium Finance projects from planning through implementation.
• -
• Manage scope, stakeholders, timelines, risks,dependencies,and delivery outcomes.
• -
• Track benefits,adoption,and post-implementation outcomes.
• -
• Support change management activities to embed new ways of working.

1. Process, Control & Governance

• -
• Identify,prioritizeand implement improvements to finance processes,controls,and operating procedures.
• -
• Ensure process and control updates are properly documented, owned,governedand reflected in relevant company systems.
• -
• Support remediation of audit findings, controlgaps,and process issues.
• -
• Partner with Risk and Control stakeholders to strengthen governance and the Finance control environment.

1. BAU System & Data Support

• -
• Support Finance users and coordinate issue resolution with Technology and business teams.
• -
• Monitor system operations, data accuracy, systemintegrationand reporting outputs.
• -
• Maintain reporting solutions, process documentation, systemguidanceand BAU support activities.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• -
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, InformationSystemsora related field.
• -
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in finance process improvement, control governance, finance systems,automationor project delivery.
• -
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls,governanceand issue diagnosis.
• -
• Strong SAP experience is mandatory.
• -
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Platform,reportingor automation tools.
• -
• Practical AI application skills for Finance, including documentation, reporting, processimprovementand control monitoring use cases.
• -
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, projectcoordinationand stakeholder management skills.
• -
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Technology,Riskand business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• -
• Experience in finance transformation, process/controlimprovementand automation initiatives.
• -
• Familiarity with data governance, systemsecurityand responsible AI practices.
• -
• Certification in finance systems, project management, Agile or process improvement is a plus.
