Systems Supervisor

Arconic is currently in search of Systems Supervisor to join our Inspect-Pack-Ship department based in Davenport, IA.

The Systems Supervisor role is a role designed to support the Lead Area Manager by providing leadership to a number of supporting functions under the Lead Area Manager (these employees will be direct reports of the Systems Supervisor). Those are:

• The other Manufacturing Engineers in the Area.
• The Quality Systems Representative for the Department.
• The EHS Coordinator for the Department.
• Department Scheduler (where applicable).
• As the Supervisor for these individuals listed above, the Systems Supervisor will”
• Set annual performance expectations for each direct report.
• Give mid-year and annual performance reviews for his/her direct reports.
• Provide ongoing feedback to direct reports both positive and constructive to bolster positive behavior and close gaps that exist. Feedback should include specific performance examples.
• Seek out information from others that are customers of his/her direct reports to gather feedback data through the year.
