About The Role

Lead QA/QC activities for coating, insulation and PFP works on site.
Review and approve Contractor/Subcontractor QCPs, ITPs and procedures.
Oversee surface preparation, coating, insulation and PFP inspections.
Verify WFT/DFT, adhesion, holiday testing, insulation thickness and PFP thickness.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and manufacturer requirements.
Manage interfaces with Welding, Mechanical and Commissioning teams.
Review and close NCRs, technical queries and corrective actions.
Verify personnel qualifications, material traceability and storage controls.
Monitor quality KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Promote HSE, quality improvement and lessons learned.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years' QA/QC experience in coating, insulation and/or PFP.
Minimum 8 years in Lead/Supervisory roles on major Oil & Gas/LNG projects.
NACE/AMPP CIP Level 2/3 or BGAS-CSWIP Level 2/3 – mandatory.
Strong experience with cryogenic insulation systems: PIR/PUR, cellular glass and perlite.
Experience with epoxy intumescent and cementitious PFP systems.
Strong knowledge of ISO 12944, ISO 8501/8502, ISO 19840, SSPC, NACE/AMPP and ASTM standards.
Experience with CUI and ESCC mitigation on stainless steel.
Proven experience managing coating-before-insulation and PFP-after-hydrotest interfaces.
Strong NCR, QMS, ITP and Contractor management experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
ICorr, PFP manufacturer training, CUI/CP qualifications and LNG/IOC experience are advantageous.
