The mission

Spent two or three years in talent acquisition and ready for the rest of HR? This might just be for you. We're looking for someone to own how we find great people — and how the world sees Up Hellas as a place to work.

What you'll be Up to

• Run recruitment end to end with the hiring manager — sourcing, interviews, offer. Around 15 hires this year: enough to keep you sharp, not enough to fill your week.
• Rebuild our onboarding — more digital, more fun, something people remember. You own the design and the delivery, and you test it.
• Make Up Hellas known as a place to work — real stories about real teams, relationships with Greek universities, and our presence at career days.
• Get our own people out in front of students and at conferences, and prep them properly. An engineer talking about her work beats anything we could write — this one matters most.
• See how the rest of HR works too — policies, engagement, the everyday stuff that keeps people happy — because this role is built to grow that way.

The essentials

• 2–3 years in talent acquisition, in-house or agency
• Workable, or something similar you picked up fast
• Fluent English
• Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive or confidential information
• A proactive, can-do attitude - you spot what needs to be done and you do it
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Eager to learn and grow - you're not just looking for a job, you're looking for a place to build something
