<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">The candidate will be assigned to the AMLCDD team which focuses on ensuring that Customer Due Diligence, KYC and Transaction monitoring for the retail business clients are carried out in a timely and accurate manner, within the policies as established by the regulatory bodies and internal guideline.</div>

<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)"><strong data-ogsc="">The Role Responsibility:</strong> </div>
<ul>
<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Engage clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collections of relevant documents in accordance with in-house procedures and local regulations</li>
<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">
<div data-ogsc="">Prepare, review documentation and perform transactional case reviews for escalation of red flags (where applicable)</div>

<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">

<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Handle all client files in accordance with the agreed guidelines for client’s data maintenance</li>
<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Ensure high customer service satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectation through the implementation of service level agreement and standards</li>
<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Collaborate with colleagues to drive operational efficiency and contribute to knowledge sharing.</li>
<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Working closely with Financial Crime Compliance Team/Tech/Vendor etc on new system configurations and testing (where required) to ensure smooth implementation.</li>
<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by AMLCDD Lead and Management</li>

<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">1 to 2 years of AML/CDD/KYC experience in financial services.</li>
<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Robust written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Strong stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel a must.</li>
