ESM Sr Developer

Design and implement end-to-end Sales & Order Management (SOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Configure product catalog, order capture, decomposition, and fulfillment workflows. Develop using Flow Designer, integrations (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow scripting. Integrate SOM with CRM, OSS/BSS, and downstream provisioning systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Ensure smooth order lifecycle management, testing, and deployment support. Required: ServiceNow CSA certification, SOM experience, and telecom domain knowledge preferred
