Your responsibilities will include leading client meetings, overseeing product installation, deploying and monitoring production systems, and diagnosing customer feedback. • Lead client meetings, on-site and remote, with frequent travel to customer sites.
• Oversee on-site product installation and train customer teams, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve customer feedback on Inbolt products, working closely with the engineering team.

🔎 Preferred experience

• Based in North Italy

• Fluent Italien, professional working English

• Willingness to travel extensively (valid passport required)

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial robotics, systems integration, or customer deployment

• Good Python programming skills

• Experience programming industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, UR, or equivalent)

• Comfortable with project management and computer vision fundamentals

• High standards for code quality and stability

• Strong problem-solving skills; background in deep-tech / manufacturing is a plus
