Senior Product Manager (Compliance & Platform Experience)

Join Paxos, a leading blockchain infrastructure platform, as a Senior Product Manager in the Compliance & Platform Experience team. In this role, you will have full ownership of the onboarding experience for new customers, working closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design, and Engineering. You will set the roadmap for the Paxos Dashboard, shape our compliance AI agent strategy, and manage vendor relationships. • Hands-on crypto industry experience at a regulated firm such as an exchange or custodian
• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company
• Strong grasp of the global regulatory landscape shaping crypto compliance
• Experience owning a broad, cross-functional portfolio — spanning compliance, operations, money movement, notifications, reporting, and developer tooling
• Experience evaluating and procuring vendors in a compliance context
• History of partnering closely with compliance or legal teams
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or case management tools
• End-to-end ownership of KYC/KYB or identity-related product areas
