About The Role

- Regularly check in with squads on delivery status, building a live, cross-squad picture of risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Identify blockers and dependencies using delivery data, weigh the trade-offs, and take ownership of resolving them with other functions.
- Facilitate and support key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, keeping them purposeful.
