Recruitment Business Partner (FTC)

Join the Raspberry Pi Foundation as a Recruitment Business Partner. In this fixed-term contract role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, support hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will work across multiple markets, including India, Ireland, Kenya, the UK, and the US. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, a passion for delivering great candidate experiences, and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

• Partnering with hiring managers and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from the attraction of candidates to the induction of new colleagues.
• Supporting recruitment in all markets in which the organization employs people, including India, Ireland, Kenya, the UK, and US.
• Ensuring that job descriptions are accurate and engaging to help attract the best candidates, as well as being responsible for positive candidate experience.

• The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter who has a passion for delivering great candidate experience and supporting hiring managers to hire top talent
• Experience of working with an applicant tracking system (we currently use workable)
• Experience with screening candidates for hiring manager review, including dealing with very high volumes of candidates
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a recruitment role, ideally in the education, technology, or not-for-profit sectors
• Able to understand the requirements for a diverse range of roles
• A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, with experience of helping organisations recruit diverse teams and creating inclusive working environments
• Experience recruiting in a number of different countries, ideally including India, Kenya, the UK and US
• Experience of coaching hiring managers, including on the design of job roles and recruitment processes
• Experience of developing work based assessments that support better hiring decisions
