CRM & CX Assistant, Travel Retail Asia (Contract)

Join our team as a CRM & CX Assistant in Travel Retail Asia. In this contract position, you will be responsible for CRM database maintenance, executing CRM activation plans, supporting clienteling activities, and analyzing and reporting on CRM data. You will also work on customer experience and service optimization projects. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate or recent graduate in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Maintaining and improving the quality of the CRM database, including account merging and data clearance.
• Coordinating and executing CRM activation plans to improve recruitment, retention, and loyalty rates.
• Preparing and presenting monthly CRM dashboards and producing ad hoc CRM reports.
