Platform Engineer

Join our team as a Platform Engineer and take ownership of the infrastructure that supports our engineering teams. You'll design and build systems from scratch, improve CI/CD pipelines, and manage our cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes. • Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes, and build and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate, integrate, and roll out new tools and services across the company, and partner with product and business teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Own production systems end-to-end, from design decisions to incident response, and raise the bar on security, observability, and engineering standards.

• You write clean, maintainable code. We mostly work in Kotlin and TypeScript, but we won't filter you out over a language
• We care far more about how you think than what you already know. Languages and tools can be learned — curiosity and drive can't
• You're comfortable with infrastructure. You have hands-on experience with containers, orchestration, and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, or similar)
• You want to grow. You're not looking for a role where you do the same thing every day. You want to stretch
• You're a pragmatist. You find the simplest solution that actually works, not the most impressive one
• You communicate well. You can explain technical decisions to non-technical people and collaborate across teams without friction
• Experience with financial services, payments, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with managing micro-services running on JVM runtime
• A track record of driving projects from idea to production
• Experience working in distributed / remote teams
