Product Manager (Software)

Join Formlabs as a Software Product Manager, where you'll engage directly with customers to enhance our innovative 3D printing technology. You'll collaborate with various teams to identify and solve customer problems, define product requirements, and develop a product roadmap. Your work will impact multiple areas, including firmware/UI, desktop applications, IoT, and industry-specific workflows. This role requires excellent communication skills, a background in engineering, and a passion for 3D printing.

• Identifying user needs and developing product requirements and a roadmap.
• Defining a strong product vision, building a product roadmap, and creating a business case.
• Working with Engineering & Design to brainstorm and solve product problems, writing specs for features and improvements.

• Willing to wear many hats and jump in wherever needed to get features shipped
• Excellent communication skills
• A quick and intuitive problem-solver able to make decisions independently
• Driven by a desire for excellence and a sense of ownership
• Background (education or work) in an engineering discipline
• Love to work in a collaborative environment
